About the Department
English Literature course was started in June 1969. Later, to keep in line with the latest trends, Vocational Stream in English Literature was introduced in our college in 1997-1998, with a U.G.C. financial assistance, keeping communication English as the core subject having the objective of imparting better communication skills to students to enable them to secure them suitable jobs.
