| 1. Sexual harassment means,
1.Any unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature;2.Demand or request for sexual favours; 3.Making sexually coloured remarks; 4.Physical Contact and Advances; 5.Showing pornography;

2. Process of making a Complaint.
An aggrieved person is required to submit a written complaint to the ICC within three months from the date of the incident and in case of a series of incidents within a period of three months from the date of the last incident.
